At the end of October, Holly and I took a week off for our annual Staycation. I plan to write more in another post, but on one of the days, we took a long walk along the Schuylkill River looking for some fall color, and I wanted to share some of those pictures in their own post.
We walked along the west side of the river which we don’t often do. In fact, we may have only done that one time before in our 9 years of living here.
I decided to use my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV with my EF 24-105mm f/4 lens so I could ensure capturing vivid colors and not worry about how many pictures I took. Certainly, I really love film photography but sometimes digital is a better way to go. I recently wrote more about my renewed interest in my digital camera.
I took over 90 photos and kept about 70 of them. Here is a selection of what I think are some of the better ones.
